Our Academy Educators share many years of industry experience between them. Our Academy Director, Sid Sottung, has dedicated the last nineteen years of his career to educating for some of the biggest names around the globe.
This year alone he has travelled nearly seventy thousand miles teaching his art. Each member of our team possesses a different signature style ensuring you have a wide range of inspiration during your time with us.

My first visit to this salon and had a fantastic hair cut by Kieran. I love very short hair and as a woman have found limited barbers/salons who have the confidence to cut my hair short. Kieran took his time to make sure my cut and style was cut exactly as I wanted it and was very confident in doing so. The salon was immaculately clean and very comfortable. I've been going here for a few months I can't recommend it enough! had a few different stylists, Ev and Kieran, they take the time to work out what you want! from the moment you walk in you are treated properly after years of a "generic blokes barbers" walk in sit down and your done with no finesse it's nice to be treated like a friend in a welcoming environment no detail is too small and perfection is key for these guys!read more

Hairdressers....I dislike them and have spent many years cutting and dying my own. If only I'd known that Sid and team existed I would have been a convert many years ago! I asked for a creative, voluminous, messy texture for my frazzled birds nest fine hair. What I received was over and above what I had imagined was achievable. I almost can't believe that it's really my hair - amazing cut!!!Stylish, modern new salon in Sherwood (easy parking and access). Exceptional! Used the online booking this morning and had an appointment an hour later. I was greeted by friendly stylish staff and made to feel very comfortable. As for Sid, amazing- the first hair dresser I have ever been to who has been open, honest and not only listened to what I said about my hair but my life in general and suggested a cut to suit!
